My awakening started in 2016 as the biggest tower moment of my life. Unknowingly that experience was used to awaken me at a soul level so that I may remember who I am. In that process my Ancestors and I created Love Yo Whole Self baths and now Love Yo Whole Self has grown into a movement of truth, awakening, healing, self-love, growth, and accountability. By using my voice, I have become a vessel, and I urge you to use your gifts as well. Here, we honor the ugly and the beautiful within ourselves and we don’t bypass the pain.
